Please check the vehicle before leaving it.

11. Child Seats

Child seats and booster seats may be available on request. Customers must provide correct child age and weight details at the time of booking so suitable arrangements can be made.

While we aim to provide services exactly as booked, we may need to make reasonable changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • traffic delays;
  • road closures;
  • weather;
  • mechanical issues;

For weddings and special occasions, customers must confirm all key timings and locations in advance.

We are not liable for delays caused by changes in ceremony times, venue access issues, or event overruns outside our control.

This includes, where applicable:

  • staining;
  • spills;
  • smoking or vaping in the vehicle;
  • sickness;
  • damage to fixtures or interiors.

16. Limitation of Liability
